THESE FIT PRETTY TRUE TO SIZE LADIES CUT (however, if you are super close "in-between" a size, I'd order up then, but it fits pretty close to to true sizing.  I personally think they fit a "hair" smaller than true size and I like the size up on myself, but most members feel they fit true to size.
