This will have logo on left chest and map back design like our shirts and jackets.

For men that bounce inbetween sizes, I'd probably order up for this item.  If you are always a true fit, you might be ok with your true size.  This fits pretty similar to The North Face TKA 1/4 Zip sizing if you own or ever tried one on.  You could also order 2 sizes and return one.  I will also include the size chart below to help you decide.
