High Quality North End Performance Vests and should last you many many years. It has the reverse zipper where you can zip up and down from the top OR the bottom. I of course tested this item and LOVE it. Received compliments on it from strangers the first day I wore it! :)

I feel these fit very true to size.
So far, all members that ordered true to size said it fit perfect.
If for some reason you order up one, it will fit a little wider in the shoulders, so I would stick with your exact true size. (As an example, I personally order all my jackets a size bigger than my true size because I like my jackets bigger on me, BUT NOT in this vest.)
