RETURNS / EXCHANGES - Instructions:
We take returns as long as you postmark within TWO WEEKS of your receiving the item (up to 14 days from your tracking delivery date).
Your tracking number can be found on your shipping label. If you return an item postmarked later than 14 days after your tracking "delivered" date, no refund will be applied.
MUST be unworn, NEW, Never washed, and must arrive back 100% NEW condition. (If you get deodorant on it, it is no longer considered new and unworn). Advice: Shower first, then try new clothing on BEFORE you put deodorant on). The big name stores sometimes take your returns with deodorant on them, but as a small business boutique club store, I can not accept returns with deodorant on them). Thank you for your understanding.
Please return packaged in the same manner you received the item (folded nicely to prevent wrinkling, and wrapped back in the tissue paper to prevent wrinkling or damage).
If an item or items are returned AFTER the 14 day policy, no refund or exchange will be provided. This will be considered a DONATED item back to the club.
Please include your name, and ideally your order number.
Use YOUR return address when sending a package back (NOT my return address label).
(I once had one person send a package back with MY return address label on the package, and no name or information included in the package).
If you are using one of those self postage machines when you send back, DO NOT SELECT FLAT envelope for apparel. USPS WILL RETURN it to you. Poly envelopes or non-flat paper envelopes are NOT considered a flat envelope. It is a parcel.
