FOR ITEMS OUT OF STOCK OR THAT SAY PRE ORDER - I do about 2 big print runs per year. I print based on the amount of out of stock inventory, and the amount of pre orders I have.
IF I HAVE YOUR FULL ORDER IN STOCK WHEN YOU ORDER, I WILL SHIP IT OUT WITHIN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAY FROM THE DAY I RECEIVE THE ORDER.
ONE ORDER = 1 PACKAGE SHIPPED with all items ordered in that specific order
If you order an item that is in stock in the same order as a pre order item, you will not receive any of the items until after the next print run when your pre-order item is printed. You MUST order the item(s) I DO have in stock separately if you want it sooner, since shipping is calculated per one package.
VERY IMPORTANT - If you do not choose Priority Mail or UPS, PLEASE NOTE that Fifty States Half Marathon Club is not responsible for missing mail or packages. Priority Mail comes with tracking and is only a couple dollars more. If you order a lot of items, or order jackets, I would recommend Priority Mail which has tracking and free insurance up to $50.00. Also, please CAREFULLY make sure you enter the correct address or you will be responsible for shipping twice if item is returned to me.
Important Tips when ordering online from our store:
1) READ the product notes I add about the sizing. I usually put in there other members' experience on sizing. If there are measurements, make sure to remember "printed apparel" goes through hot dryers, so add about a half inch to an inch to any measurements.
2) Remember that when PRINTED apparel is dried, it runs through a high heat drier and sometimes shrinks the apparel a tiny bit. (This can sometimes be stretched back out by washing in cold water, shaking the shirt, stretching the shirt out by hand while it is wet and then drying on a hanger. If you are on the EDGE of sizes, order UP a size. (I also do not recommend putting tech shirts in a dryer).
3) If you are ordering as part of our Pre order and you're unsure of size, you may want to order both sizes and return one (within 2 weeks of receiving). Then you ONLY have to pay for shipping one back (not for shipping one back and shipping a brand new package back to you with new size if we even have extra in inventory). Sending one package with a little extra weight, is cheaper than sending a package back PLUS having a NEW package sent to you.
