FOR MEN: I think these are pretty true to size - FOR WOMEN: Since this is men's sizing, order one size smaller than your ladies shirt size (so if you are a large ladies, I'd order a medium wind jacket).
For example, I usually wear a ladies large, and this jacket in Large was WAY too big on me.
